Phoenix Rising — HeartSpace Revolution

For therapists, coaches, and soul-led practitioners ready to stop cycling and start creating.

The Shift Therapists, Coaches, And Soul-Led Practitioners Are Using To Walk Away From The Clinical Box — And Build A Private Practice That Pays Them What Their Work Is Actually Worth, Without Burning Out Their Body To Do It

It's not a mindset problem. It's not a marketing problem. It's a body problem — and once you see it, everything changes.

Licensed somatic practitioner · 6+ years · Hypnotherapy · Polyvagal · Reiki · Microdosing facilitation · 100% container completion rate · Clients return 3–4 times · US · Canada · Mexico · Thailand

You didn't spend years training, certifying, and sacrificing just to end up exhausted, underpriced, and still saying yes to clients your body is screaming no to.

You came into this work because you knew something most people don't. You knew that real transformation doesn't happen in a 50-minute session or a 12-module course. It happens in the body. In the nervous system. In the parts of us that the clinical world was never trained to reach.

And somewhere between the training and the practice, between the degree and the daily grind — you hit a ceiling. Not because you're not good enough. Not because you need another certification. Because the system you were handed to build your practice on was never built for the kind of work you do.

There's a different way. And that's what this page is about.

"Most practitioners are taught to build a business on top of their burnout."

Here's what no one in your training, your supervision, or your last business-coaching program told you:

The ceiling on your income isn't in your marketing. It's not in your pricing. It's not in your funnel.

It's in your body.

Every practitioner has what's called a safety setpoint — a body-level number you can hold without your nervous system going into threat mode. Below that number, you feel safe. Above it — even by a thousand dollars — your body starts running protection patterns. Discounting before anyone objects. Over-delivering. Panic-spiraling after the sales call. Quietly sabotaging the next launch to bring yourself back inside the setpoint where it's safe.

And then a business coach tells you it's a mindset issue. So you journal. You affirm. You try to "think your way" out of a body-level response.

It doesn't work. Because you cannot talk a nervous system out of a threat response. You clear it in the body — and you do it by learning to read it, not fight it.

The practitioners who don't solve this keep cycling through the same pattern:

→ Strong launch. Good clients. Hit a ceiling. Burn out. Take a break. Restart.
→ More credentials. More content. More funnels. Same ceiling.
→ 1-on-1 all day, every day, trading hours for dollars until the body says enough.
→ A business that looks successful from the outside and feels like depletion from the inside.

None of that is failure. All of it is a nervous system doing exactly what it was shaped to do.

The question isn't whether you're capable. You are. The question is whether your body can hold the version of the practice you're actually called to build.

"A depleted body can only ever build a business that depletes it further."

Body first. Then business. In that order. Always.

Most practitioners try to build a business first, then fix the body problems that show up later. Burnout, inconsistency, income caps, client over-dependency — all of it treated as symptoms to manage.

What we do is the opposite. We build the body first. Then the business. Then everything scales — because the body holding the business is regulated, sovereign, and not leaking energy out of 14 different doors.

And there are three specific shifts where that order changes everything.

Shift 1 of 3

Your body isn't the obstacle. It's the compass.

Your body is not working against you. It is reflecting back to you — with complete accuracy — what you currently believe is possible and what you believe you are worth. The ceiling isn't the problem. It's the message. And once you learn to read that message instead of fight it, everything changes.

The setpoint isn't a mindset issue. It's a regulation issue. And the clearing happens somatically — in the body, not in the journal. Most business mentors aren't trained in the body. So they hand you tactics that work for a regulated nervous system, watch you fail with them, and tell you it's a discipline problem.

It's not. It's an unrewired safety setpoint that you've been taught to fight instead of read. And it's clearable.

Shift 2 of 3

Your clients don't feel your funnel. They feel your state.

The business industry sells one operating model: funnels, social media, lead magnets, daily posting. That model was built by marketers, for marketers. Your work is not the marketing. Your work is the transformation.

Here's what makes this more important now than it has ever been:

"No system, no funnel, no AI tool can replicate what a coherent, embodied practitioner transmits. Your clients are not just buying your methodology. They are buying the frequency you hold. That is your true differentiator. And it cannot be outsourced."

The more saturated this market gets, the more your embodied coherence becomes the only thing left that is actually, uniquely yours. Your state is the product. Plan your business around your nervous system capacity — and everything else gets easier.

Shift 3 of 3

The structure that holds people all the way through — and brings them back.

Most practitioners build one of two things: a course (self-paced, under 15% completion industry-wide) or 1-on-1 (not scalable, body-depleting). Neither is the third thing.

The third thing is a container designed for human nervous systems. Four rules:

  • 1Cohort, not self-paced. The nervous system regulates in relationship, not isolation. A self-paced course is asking a dysregulated body to do the hardest thing alone. It won't.
  • 2Rhythm over volume. One teach + one integration call per week beats 12 modules dumped on day one. The body integrates slowly. Respect the rhythm or lose the client.
  • 3Embodiment over information. Every concept needs a body-based practice attached. Information without embodiment is forgotten in 72 hours. Embodied transformation is permanent.
  • 4Closure ritual. Most containers just end. The nervous system needs a marker that says: this part of me is integrated now. Without it, the client doesn't feel the transformation — and they don't come back.

The goal of this work is not to keep you healing forever. It is to give you a foundation so solid that you finally stop cycling and start creating. You arrive into your creator consciousness — into service that feels completely aligned with who you actually are and what you are actually here to do. That is the completion this container is designed to deliver. Not just 8 weeks of growth. An arrival.

There's a container built on all three of these shifts.

It's called Phoenix Rising.

For the last four years, it has been the container Monica Lebsock has used to walk practitioners, therapists, and high-achieving leaders through exactly this work — the body-first rewire that clears the setpoint, regulates the strategy, and builds the container that holds.

100% completion rate. Clients return 3 and 4 times. International cohorts — US, Canada, Mexico, Thailand.

The next cohort starts August 5, 2026.

8 weeks. Live. Cohort-based. Built for your nervous system.

Not a course. Not a self-paced program. A live, cohort-based container. You show up. You move through it together. Cohort size: 15–20 people maximum — intimate by design.

Week 0
Opening ritual. Group practice. Your nervous system marks: this is starting. You are held.
Weeks 1–6
One live teach call (60 min) + one live integration call (60 min) + one daily embodiment practice (10 min). That is the rhythm. No drowning. No 12 modules.
Week 7
Integration week. No new content. Only integration. The body needs the pause.
Week 8
Closure ritual. Live group practice. Marker. Ending. The body seals the transformation.

About Monica

Monica Lebsock didn't find this work in a textbook.

She self-funded her BA in Health Science + Psychology at Boise State after growing up in a big religious family in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho — a wild heart that never quite fit the clinical box she kept being handed. She spent years trying to squeeze into western healthcare — OT, PT, EMT, nursing — and kept getting repelled. Not because she wasn't capable. Because her spirit wouldn't let her betray what she already knew in her bones: she was here to facilitate health in a way that doesn't amputate the soul.

Solo travel. Central America, South America, Africa, Europe, Western Asia, Spain. A winter in Mexico. Somatic therapy. Plant medicine. Polyvagal theory. Hypnotherapy. Reiki. Microdosing facilitation. Personal healing through addiction, depression, anxiety, chronic indecision.

Florida, 2020. A few grand, no plan. A minivan she lived in for over a year while building HeartSpace Revolution from the ground up. Independent contractor work alongside doctors. Two years later: training the doctors directly.

"I wasn't running away anymore. I was running into the thing I was actually called to. And nothing — no certification, no supervision, no clinical hour — taught me as much as my own body did when I finally let it lead."

HeartSpace Revolution is now part healing practice, part practitioner academy, part soul-led business mentorship — serving practitioners, therapists, and physicians in somatic medicine, nervous system work, and microdosing integration. 100% completion rates. Clients return 3 and 4 times. International cohorts.

Is Phoenix Rising your next step?

This is for you if:

  • You're a licensed practitioner, therapist, coach, or healing professional ready to walk away from the clinical box
  • You're a high-achieving leader whose body is sending louder signals than your ambition — and you know it's time to listen
  • You've already done your own surface work and you're ready for the somatic layer underneath
  • You can commit to 8 weeks of live, weekly presence

This is not for you if:

  • You're looking for a quick fix, a certificate to add to your bio, or a way to "level up" without doing the body work
  • You're not yet willing to slow down, regulate, and let your body lead
  • You can't be present live for the weekly calls — the container holds because you're in the room
  • You're expecting a self-paced course you can watch at your own pace

"I'm being this clean about it because I want you to either be a hell yes or a clean no. Either is fine. Wrong-fit clients in this container don't get the transformation — and I'm not willing to take your money for that."
— Monica Lebsock

A practitioner's promise

Phoenix Rising comes with a practitioner's promise, not a corporate guarantee. If you show up fully — attend the live calls, do the daily practices, complete the opening and closure rituals — and you don't feel a genuine shift in your relationship with your body and your capacity to hold more, Monica will personally work with you until you do.

We don't offer refunds for non-completion. The container works when you're in it. If you're unsure whether you can commit to 8 weeks of live presence, book a conversation before you enroll.

Questions

When does the cohort start?

August 5, 2026. All calls are live. Times are confirmed with the cohort after enrollment based on timezone distribution.

What if I can't make every call?

Live attendance is what makes the container work. Missing one call occasionally is fine — recordings are available. But if your schedule genuinely won't allow weekly presence, wait for the next cohort.

Is the microdosing part required?

No. It's gated, fully optional, and has its own separate intake. The container is powerful without it.

Is this for men too?

Yes. Phoenix Rising serves both men and women. The only filter is whether you're committed to the body-first work.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes — Affirm financing is available at checkout for both tiers. You can break it into monthly payments without affecting your spot.

I've done a lot of inner work already. Is this still for me?

This is specifically for people who've done their surface work and want to go to the layer underneath. Most Phoenix Rising clients are already practitioners or deep-practice people. That's who this is built for.

What if I'm not sure which tier is right for me?

Book a conversation. The team will listen to where you are and help you decide. There's no pressure.

Two ways to take the next step.

Everyone on Monica's team has been through this work. They'll tell you straight whether Phoenix Rising is right for you — or not.

P.S. The August 5 cohort has a hard cap of 15–20 people. This isn't manufactured scarcity — it's structural. The container holds because the group is intimate. Once those spots are taken, the next cohort doesn't open until early 2027. If you've been feeling the pull through this page, that feeling is information. Your body already knows. Take the next step.
