Product Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your purchase and use of the following products and services offered by Heart Space Revolution:

• Online Courses & Digital Training Programs
• Coaching and Mentorship Offers (including Phoenix Rising and Practitioner's Pathway)
• Community Access and Connection-Based Programs
• Live and Virtual Group Coaching Containers
• Digital Bundles and Downloadable Resources

These products are designed to provide education, mentorship, somatic training, and community support. Each product may exist in both free and paid formats, depending on the offer purchased.

User Requirements

By accessing or purchasing any product from Heart Space Revolution, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You may reside anywhere geographically unless a specific product indicates location restrictions
• Heart Space Revolution serves an international audience including participants from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Thailand, and beyond
• You understand that the practices, strategies, and experiences taught may vary based on your personal circumstances, region, and readiness

Usage Rules

Permitted Uses

Users are permitted to:

• Apply the teachings, frameworks, somatic practices, and personal transformation tools to their own life, wellness journey, or professional practice
• Use the models and strategies to create or enhance their own soul-led business (particularly within the Practitioner's Pathway program)

Prohibited Uses

Users are NOT permitted to:

• Copy, resell, distribute, or publish any course materials, recordings, frameworks, or downloads as their own
• Reproduce or commercially teach any portion of the program content without explicit written permission from Monica Lebsock
• Claim any intellectual property belonging to Heart Space Revolution as their own
• Share login credentials or account access with any third party

Payments, Refunds & Billing

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments may be processed through one or more of the following platforms:

• Whop — Primary course delivery and payment processing
• Stripe — Secondary payment processing
• Affirm — Buy Now, Pay Later (available for high-ticket offers)
• Clarity Pay / Klarna / Splitit — Available through Whop where applicable
• Custom Payment Plans — Accepted at Monica Lebsock's sole discretion, only with a substantial down payment and a signed enrollment agreement

Current Offer Pricing

Refund Policy

Refunds, guarantees, or trial periods follow the specific terms listed on the product's sales page at the time of purchase.

• The Temple Reset Bundle ($27.00): All low-ticket digital products are non-refundable upon delivery of digital access.
• Phoenix Rising GA ($3,900) / VIP ($7,000): Please refer to the sales page or signed enrollment agreement at the time of purchase for applicable refund or cancellation terms.
• Practitioner's Pathway ($12,000–$18,000): Due to the intensive, certification-based nature of this program, all sales are governed by a separate enrollment agreement. Please refer to that document for cancellation and refund terms.

Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Heart Space Revolution may offer an optional community membership or recurring access tier. If applicable, the specific subscription name, monthly cost, and billing cycle will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

If no subscription option is present at checkout: This product does not include any ongoing subscription or recurring billing unless specifically stated at checkout.

Section 06

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, videos, training modules, somatic practice libraries, hypnosis recordings, templates, frameworks, downloads, and systems are the sole intellectual property of:

Monica Lebsock, operating as Heart Space Revolution

Users may not:

• Share login credentials or account access with any other person
• Redistribute, copy, or republish any content from any Heart Space Revolution program
• Recreate, adapt, or sell any program content without prior written approval from Monica Lebsock
• Use any training, recordings, or materials for commercial teaching purposes without written authorization

Privacy & Data Collection

When you register for or purchase any Heart Space Revolution product, we collect the following information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number (where provided at opt-in or checkout)

Payment details are not stored by us. All payment information is processed securely through third-party platforms including Whop, Stripe, Affirm, Clarity Pay, Klarna, and Splitit.

We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal data to any third parties at any time.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All educational programs, somatic coaching, and mentorship services offered by Heart Space Revolution are designed to support personal transformation and professional skill development. They do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• Monica Lebsock and Heart Space Revolution are not responsible for any participant's emotional, financial, business, or health outcomes resulting from participation in any program.
• All results depend on the individual's effort, personal readiness, circumstances, and ability to apply and integrate the material.
• No income claims are guaranteed. Any income or business results referenced are for illustrative purposes only and are not representative of average participant outcomes.
• The microdosing protocol component of Phoenix Rising is gated, optional, and subject to a screening process. Monica Lebsock does not provide medical advice. Participants are solely responsible for understanding the legal status of any substances in their own jurisdiction prior to participation.

Section 09

Termination of Access

Unless otherwise specified on the sales page or enrollment agreement:

• Access to purchased content remains active for the duration of the program or as otherwise stated at checkout.
• Heart Space Revolution reserves the right to revoke access without refund in the event of a violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:
  • Sharing login credentials
  • Redistributing or republishing program materials
  • Disruptive or harmful behavior within community spaces
  • Misuse of any microdosing protocol content
• No automatic termination applies unless stated on the specific product's sales page or enrollment agreement.

Section 10

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Section 11

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, registering for, or accessing any product or program offered by Heart Space Revolution, you acknowledge that you have:

• Read and understood this Agreement in full
• Agreed to be bound by all terms outlined herein
• Confirmed you meet the age and eligibility requirements stated above
